Open Delivery on the Dashboard, fill in the Minimum order and pick the Delivery fee: Free, Fixed fee, By neighborhood or By distance. Add your Couriers with WhatsApp, email or Telegram. On the order's page, the Send to a courier card opens a ready message with the address, items, amount to collect and a link to mark it Delivered.
What the Delivery page controls
The Delivery page holds the rules for delivery orders placed through your page's chat: the lowest item total you deliver, the fee the customer pays and the area you cover. The fee can be free, fixed, by neighborhood — you list the neighborhoods with a fee for each, and anything off the list isn't delivered — or by distance, with bands such as up to 3 km for R$ 5,00. By distance, the last band is the edge of your delivery area.
The chat applies all of this by itself. If the cart is under the minimum, it says how much is missing. After the address, it asks for the neighborhood or the location and shows the fee and the new total before payment, so a PIX already includes delivery. For pay on delivery, it asks whether the customer needs change. The same page keeps your couriers, who get each order by WhatsApp, Telegram or email, with no sign-in and no app.
Why set up delivery in qmen.us
- The customer knows the total before paying. The fee shows up in the chat with the new total, and the PIX already includes it. No more "I forgot to mention delivery" after the money has arrived.
- Tiny orders don't turn into trips. With a minimum order, the chat holds the order and shows what's missing, instead of you calling the customer to explain.
- Out of the area, the chat says so right away. A neighborhood that isn't on the list, or an address past the last band, gets a "we don't deliver to that address", and the customer can still choose to eat at the restaurant.
- The courier gets everything at once. Address, map link, phone, items, amount to collect and change go in one message — nobody copies addresses from the Dashboard into WhatsApp.
- Still free, still no commission. qmen.us charges nothing per order and keeps no part of the fee: the delivery money is yours, and it never passes through us.
How to set up delivery in 8 steps
Eight steps: six for the setup, which you do once, and two that repeat for every order that goes out the door.
-
Open the Delivery page
On the Dashboard, tap the Delivery card — it shows up when Accept home delivery orders is on in Settings. You can also get there through the Delivery fee, minimum order and couriers link, right below that switch. If delivery is off, the page says so and offers a Turn them on in Settings shortcut.
-
Set the minimum order
In Minimum order, type the lowest item total worth the trip; the delivery fee doesn't count toward it. Leave it empty for no minimum. Below it, the chat answers something like The minimum order for delivery is R$ 30,00. You're R$ 8,00 short. and offers + Add more or I'm at the restaurant.
-
Choose how to charge the fee
Under Delivery fee, pick one of four options. Free charges nothing, and the chat doesn't mention a fee. Fixed fee asks for the Fee amount, the same for every address. By neighborhood and By distance have their own steps below. Whatever you choose, tap Save at the bottom of the page.
-
Build the neighborhood list
With By neighborhood, write each Neighborhood and its Fee; Add neighborhood opens another row, and the ✕ removes one. In the chat, after the address, the customer taps their neighborhood on a list that already shows the price. Tapping Another neighborhood gets a "we don't deliver there": a neighborhood off the list is outside the delivery area.
-
Or charge by distance
With By distance, create bands: Up to 3 km, fee R$ 5,00; up to 6 km, R$ 8,00 — Add band opens another. The largest distance is the edge of your delivery area. Distance is a straight line from the restaurant's pin, so first set the Location in Settings. In the chat, the customer taps Share location or Type the address, which we look up on the map.
Tip: A straight line is always a bit shorter than the route through the streets. If your courier usually takes the long way around, make the bands a little shorter. -
Add your couriers
On the Delivery page, tap Couriers and then Add courier. Fill in the Name and at least one contact: WhatsApp (with the country code), Email or Telegram (the username, without @). Someone who isn't working today gets Active turned off and leaves the sending list without losing their details. Couriers need no account and no app.
-
Send the order to a courier
Open the delivery order on the Dashboard. The Send to a courier card lists the active couriers with WhatsApp, Telegram and Email buttons, and each one opens a ready message: customer, phone, address, neighborhood, map link, items, amount to collect and change (or Already paid) and a private link. Telegram opens its share screen, where you pick the contact. See the message holds Copy message. Once sent, the order shows With João since 20:14, and the customer's tracking page shows Out for delivery with João and the delivery fee.
-
The courier taps Delivered
The link opens the courier's page on their phone: the address with Maps and Waze buttons, Call and WhatsApp for the customer, the amount under Collect on delivery with the change to bring — or Already paid. Don't collect anything. — and the items. At the door, they tap the big Delivered button, and the order is closed on the Dashboard, the kitchen display and the customer's screen. Cash taken at the door you record later with Mark as paid.
Frequently asked questions
Does the courier need an account or an app?+
No. There's no courier sign-in yet: they get the message on WhatsApp, Telegram or email and open the link in their phone's browser. The link is private to that order and only lets them see the delivery and tap Delivered.
Is the delivery fee included in the PIX?+
Yes. The chat works out the fee before asking about payment and shows <em>Delivery fee: R$ 6,00. Total with delivery: R$ 48,00.</em>, and the PIX code already carries that total. For pay on delivery, the courier's message shows the same total under Collect on delivery.
How does change work?+
When the customer chooses to pay on arrival, the chat asks <em>Will you need change?</em>. If they tap Yes, I need change, it asks <em>Change for how much?</em> and they type the note, like 100. The order page shows Change for R$ 100,00, and the courier's page already says how much to bring.
Is the distance measured along the streets?+
No. It's the straight-line distance between the restaurant's pin, set under Location in Settings, and the location the customer shared or the address we found on the map. That's why it's usually a little shorter than the actual route.
What about customers outside the area or under the minimum?+
The order doesn't go ahead as a delivery. The chat explains why — how much is missing for the minimum, or that you don't deliver to that address — and offers + Add more or I'm at the restaurant, for anyone who'd rather eat in.
Does qmen.us keep any part of the fee?+
No. The delivery fee is all yours. qmen.us is free for the restaurant, takes no commission per order and doesn't process money: the PIX goes to your key and cash at the door stays with the courier.
