How to download the QR code poster with your logo

The QR code poster is the sign you put on a table or a wall: a big QR code, your restaurant's name and the short link, with your logo already on it. It comes ready-made from your own public page, as an image to post or as an A3 PDF to take to the print shop.

Quick answer

Open your public page at qmen.us/your-code, tap Share and, in the Download to print or post block, choose Image or PDF: the QR code poster comes out ready, with your logo, your restaurant's name and the short link. Then just tap the aspect ratio you want to download it.

What the qmen.us QR code poster is

The QR code poster is ready-made artwork we put together on the spot, from the details already in your account: a big QR code on a white card, your logo in a rounded badge, your restaurant's name and the short link in yellow, all over a background made from your brand colors. You don't design anything, open any editor or need a designer — the file already comes in the right format to print or post.

This poster's QR code points to your public page, qmen.us/your-code, where guests see your menu, phone numbers, address and hours. In other words, it's the restaurant's poster, not the QR code for a specific table. If what you want is each table's individual code, that's another route — the QR code sheet, from the Print QR codes button on the Tables screen. Lots of people use both: the poster on the wall and in the window, the table QR code stuck on each tabletop.

Why it's worth printing the poster with your logo

  • Your brand instead of a dull little square. A bare QR code on paper says nothing to someone walking by on the sidewalk. With the logo, the name and the short address beside it, the poster communicates: it reads from a distance and sticks in memory even if nobody scans it right then.
  • Two formats, two uses. The PNG image is for digital — stories, feed, status, WhatsApp groups. The PDF comes out in A3, a real poster size, at the right resolution to send to the print shop without jagged edges.
  • Zero design work. Changed your logo? Download it again and the poster comes out updated. There's no designer file to hunt down and no old version floating around with the wrong link.
  • It works even without a logo. If you haven't uploaded yours yet, the poster comes out with a bigger name and a roomier QR code. Nothing stops you from starting today and improving it later.
  • All in the browser, for free. There's no app to install from any store, and qmen.us is free for the restaurant, with no commission per order.

How to download the poster as PNG or PDF in 6 steps

Six steps, from the Dashboard to the printed poster on the table. None of them asks you to install anything: it all happens in the browser.

  1. Open your public page

On your restaurant's Dashboard, your short address appears right below the greeting, in the format qmen.us/your-code. Tap it: your public page opens in a new tab, the same one guests see. That's where the poster comes from — there's no hidden button on the Dashboard for it.

  2. Tap Share

Scroll to the end of your public page and tap Share. A window opens with the restaurant's QR code, the short link (like qmen.us/cantina) and shortcuts for WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and X. The Copy button puts the link on your clipboard, handy for pasting into your Instagram bio.

  3. Choose Image or PDF

In the same window, under Download to print or post, are the two formats. Image is a PNG: it's for your feed, stories, WhatsApp status or sending to the neighborhood group. PDF is A3, 297 × 420 mm — the file you send to the print shop or print to hang on the wall.

  4. Tap the aspect ratio to download

Right below are the aspect ratios: Vertical, Square and Horizontal. Tapping one downloads the file right away — there's no confirm button afterward. When you switch to PDF, Square disappears, because A3 only comes portrait or landscape.

Tip: When in doubt, go with Vertical: it's the ratio that works well both in a table stand and in stories.
  5. Print it and put it on the table

The file lands in your downloads folder named after your code: cantina-vertical.png for the image and cantina-poster-vertical-A3.pdf for print. Print it, laminate it or slide it into an acrylic stand and leave it on the table, the counter or the wall. Guests point their camera and land straight on your menu.

Frequently asked questions

Is the poster's QR code the same as the table QR code?+

No. The poster carries the QR code for your public page, qmen.us/your-code, which opens the whole restaurant's menu. The table QR code is a different one, one per table, and it comes on the QR code sheet from the Print QR codes button on the Tables screen. One is for your window and for promotion; the other is for opening that table's tab.

Do I need to be signed in to download the poster?+

No. The public page and the poster are open: anyone with your link can download it. That's on purpose — so your business partner, designer or print shop can grab the file without you having to share any password.

Can I edit the poster's colors or text?+

You can't edit it field by field. We put the poster together on the spot with your logo, photo, name and short link. To change the look, swap the Logo or the Restaurant photo in Settings and download it again — the file comes out with the new look.

What sizes come in each format?+

As an Image (PNG) there are three: 1080 × 1920 for Vertical, 1080 × 1080 for Square and 1920 × 1080 for Horizontal. As a PDF it's A3, 297 × 420 mm, portrait or landscape. Square only exists as an image, which is why it disappears when you switch to PDF.

What if my restaurant doesn't have a logo yet?+

The poster comes out just the same. Without a logo, we make your restaurant's name bigger and give the QR code more room, so the result still reads from a distance. Once you upload your logo in Settings, just download it again.

Does downloading the poster cost anything?+

Nothing. qmen.us is free for the restaurant and charges no commission per order — we're not a marketplace like iFood. The only cost is the print shop's, if you have the A3 printed elsewhere. And the customer's payment is still arranged directly with you: qmen.us doesn't process money.
