Export, transfer or delete whenever you like: your restaurant data is yours. In Reports, the Export CSV button downloads the period's revenue, orders and best-selling items. In Settings, the Danger zone transfers the restaurant to another qmen.us account or deletes everything — menu, tables, team and history.
What this means in practice
Your restaurant data is your sales, your menu, your tables, your team and your history of tabs — and it still belongs to the restaurant, not to the tool. In practice that means three paths you take yourself in the browser: download the Reports summary as CSV, transfer the whole restaurant to another qmen.us account, or delete everything. None of them goes through any approval from us.
The CSV covers the period on screen: the restaurant's name, the date range, a line with Revenue, Orders, Average order and prep time in minutes, then a daily breakdown with the date, revenue and number of orders, and at the end the best-selling items with quantity and revenue. The file comes out ready to open with accented characters intact in Excel and Google Sheets. Transfer and delete are in Settings, inside the Danger zone — a closed block you open on purpose, which only unlocks the button after you type the restaurant's name (or your email) in full.
Why this matters before you come to depend on the tool
- Leave without asking permission. Exporting, transferring and deleting are buttons, not support tickets. You don't depend on our business hours or our goodwill to leave something you signed up for on your own.
- A CSV opens anywhere. The file is an ordinary spreadsheet: you can send it to your accountant, load it into Excel, compare it with your own electricity and supplier bills. It isn't a format only qmen.us understands.
- A new owner doesn't mean redoing everything. You sold the restaurant, a partner came in, the CNPJ (company tax ID) changed hands: the transfer takes the menu, tables, team and history to the new account, with nobody retyping item by item.
- We don't hold on to your money or your customers. qmen.us is free for the restaurant with no commission per order — it's not a marketplace like iFood. And it doesn't handle money: PIX, Brazil's instant payment system, is settled directly between the customer and your restaurant.
- Deleting really deletes. There's no hidden trash bin or stored copy to bring you back. That's why the button requires the typed name plus one more confirmation: the exit door is real, so it has to be hard to open by accident.
How to take your restaurant data with you in 6 steps
Six steps, and none of them depends on us: two to take the numbers with you, four to hand the restaurant over or delete it for good. Do the first one even if you don't plan to leave — downloading the month's CSV is a good habit.
-
Open Reports and pick the period
On the Dashboard, tap Reports. At the top are the 7 days, 30 days and 90 days buttons and, next to them, two date fields to build a range by hand. The Compare with previous period switch adds the change to each number. Set the screen to exactly the period you want to take with you.
-
Tap Export CSV
The Export CSV button is in the top corner, next to Export PDF. It downloads a file named after the period, like report-2026-08-23-to-2026-09-21.csv, with the restaurant's name, the range, the summary line (Revenue, Orders, Average order and prep time in minutes), the daily breakdown and the best-selling items. It opens properly, with accents in place, in Excel and Google Sheets.
Tip: The Export PDF button next to it uses the browser's print function — it's for keeping the view of the period just as it is on screen, charts and all. -
Go to Settings and open the Danger zone
Transfer and delete live in Settings, at the very bottom of the page, in a block called Danger zone. It comes closed: you have to click to open it, on purpose. Inside are three separate things — transfer restaurant, delete restaurant and delete my account — each with its own confirmation field.
-
Transfer the restaurant to another account
In Transfer restaurant, fill in Email of the new owner and then type the restaurant's name exactly as it's registered. The Transfer restaurant button only unlocks when both fields match, and the browser still asks for confirmation. Menu, tables, team and history go along; you stop being the owner instantly and are taken out of the Dashboard.
-
Or delete the restaurant and keep your account
In Delete restaurant, type the restaurant's name to unlock the Delete restaurant button. This removes everything: tables, kitchens, waiters, menu and order history, with no undo. Your qmen.us account stays — it just goes back to being a guest profile, the kind that orders with the table QR code.
-
Or delete the whole account
In Delete my account, type your email to enable the Delete my account button. Your account disappears and, with it, the restaurant you own and all its history. You're signed out that same second. It's the shortest way to leave nothing behind — and the only one with no way back at all.
Frequently asked questions
Does the CSV include every single order?+
No. The file is the period's summary: a line with Revenue, Orders, Average order and prep time, the daily breakdown with date, revenue and number of orders, and the list of best-selling items with quantity and revenue. You see orders one by one on the Dashboard screen, by opening each tab.
Do I need permission to export or to leave?+
You don't need to talk to anyone. Export CSV is a button on the Reports screen, and transfer or delete is in Settings, inside the Danger zone. We don't hold your exit behind a ticket, a notice period or a contract: you open it, type the confirmation and that's it.
What does the person receiving the restaurant need?+
A qmen.us account that has signed in at least once — the transfer looks the person up by their email. And that person can't already own another restaurant, because each account can have only one. If either is missing, qmen.us tells you and cancels the transfer without changing anything.
I transferred it and regret it. Can I undo it?+
Only by the same path, and now the new owner is in charge: they go into Settings and transfer it back to your email. The moment the transfer goes through, you stop being the owner and lose access to the Dashboard, so agree on it before confirming.
I typed the name wrong when confirming. Did I delete anything?+
Nothing. The button only unlocks when what you type matches the restaurant's name — and the email, in the case of the account. If it doesn't match, qmen.us tells you the text doesn't match and nothing is removed. There's still the browser's confirmation before it takes effect.
I deleted the restaurant. Can I recover it later?+
You can't. Delete restaurant wipes tables, kitchens, waiters, menu and the entire order history, for good. Your account still exists and goes back to being a guest profile. If you want to keep the numbers, download the CSV for each period you care about first — after deleting, there's nowhere to get them from.
Glossary
- CSV
- A text file with values separated by commas. Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets open it as a table, with each number in its own cell.
- Danger zone
- The part of Settings with the actions you can't undo: transfer, delete the restaurant and delete the account.
- Transfer restaurant
- Hands ownership of the restaurant to another qmen.us account without erasing anything: menu, tables, team and history all stay.
- Average order
- Revenue divided by the number of orders. On the Dashboard it's today's; in Reports, it's for the period you chose.
- Guest profile
- What's left of your sign-in after you delete the restaurant: you can still follow orders, visits and ratings as a guest.
