Open qmen.us/entregador, sign in with Google and accept a restaurant's invite, or create your profile to appear to restaurants in your city. Install the app on your phone, turn on notifications and go available. Accept offers seeing the fee, follow the steps and finish with a code and photo when the restaurant asks.
How the courier app works
The app lives at /entregador/ and runs in your phone's browser. You sign in with your Google account and work for the restaurants that accepted you: each sends offers, and you choose which to accept.
You work independently. You choose your hours and your restaurants, and qmen.us is a platform that connects couriers and restaurants: it is not your employer. The restaurant pays you directly, at the fee you agreed. Restaurant owners have their own guide for owners with the other side. The full terms and privacy notice are at /entregador/termos/.
Why use the app
- You see the fee before you accept. The offer shows what you get for the delivery.
- Declining has no consequence. Accept only what suits you.
- You run your own schedule. Availability is yours, restaurant by restaurant.
- Everything on one screen. Steps, code, photo, payment at the door and problems are all in the app.
- A clear closeout. You see what you pass on to the restaurant and what it owes you.
How to work in the app in 8 steps
You do the first three steps once. The rest repeat with every delivery.
-
Sign in and accept the invite
Open
/entregador/and tap Sign in with Google. If a restaurant invited you, open their link or scan their QR code and tap Accept invite. If nobody has, create your profile with your city and how you deliver, to appear to restaurants in your city. The connection only starts when both sides accept. If you're listed in the directory and change your city or area in your profile, your listing goes back for qmen.us staff review and is out of the directory until then. You get a notification when a restaurant answers your application, and when qmen.us staff approve or refuse your directory listing. -
Install the app on your phone
On Android, open the browser menu and tap Install app. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. After that, always open it from the icon. On iPhone, notifications only work from the installed app.
-
Turn on notifications and go available
Tap Turn on notifications to hear about offers while your phone is locked. Under Your availability, switch on each restaurant you want offers from. Availability switches off by itself after 12 hours, so turn it on again when your shift starts. While the app is open, it plays an alert and vibrates when there's an offer, and repeats while the offer waits. For sound to work, tap the page once: a box asks for this, with the Turn on sound button. On other screens of the app, a banner tells you about the offer. With the phone locked, the notification is what alerts you.
-
Accept or decline the offer
The offer shows the order, the distance and You get the agreed fee. Tap Accept or Decline. Declining has no consequence at all. An offer waits 3 minutes, with a countdown on the card. If time runs out, it goes back to the restaurant. Letting it expire, like declining, doesn't change your score and brings no penalty. When the terms change, the app shows the new version, and you must accept it to take new offers. Without accepting, you can still decline offers and finish a delivery in progress.
-
Follow the delivery steps
Tap I've picked it up when you have the order, then I've arrived when you reach the address, and finish the delivery. The customer and the restaurant follow every step. If the restaurant sends a route with several orders, it opens in Google Maps.
-
Finish with the code, photo and payment
Choose Handed over in person or Left at the location. If the restaurant uses a code, ask the customer for the 4 digits. If it asks for a photo, photograph the package and the spot, with no people. If there is something to collect at the door, record how the customer paid: Cash or another way, directly to the restaurant. Where the restaurant uses Mercado Pago, tap Show the customer a Pix.
-
Report it when you can't deliver
Tap I couldn't deliver and pick the reason: customer not there, customer refused, wrong address or another reason. You can add a note. The restaurant decides what to do, and if the customer turns up you can still finish the delivery.
-
Check the closeout
On the Closeout screen, see by restaurant the deliveries, the cash you are holding and the agreed fees. qmen.us only keeps the record: you and the restaurant settle directly, and whoever owes passes it on to whoever is owed. A trip with no delivery shows there as waiting, and the restaurant decides whether to pay the fee. In History, each delivery shows its fee, and Last 30 days gives the total per restaurant, including trips with no delivery the restaurant chose to pay. These are agreed amounts, and the restaurant pays you directly. To report a problem with a restaurant, tap Report a problem with this restaurant on the Closeout screen and choose Didn't pay what was agreed, Disrespect or harassment, Asked for something unsafe or Another problem. You can also report a restaurant you've stopped working with, if you made deliveries for it. A person at qmen.us reads each report and can contact the restaurant, and you get a notification when it has been reviewed. qmen.us can't collect money for you.
Frequently asked questions
Does the app share my location?+
Only while you are carrying an order, and qmen.us does not store it. The restaurant and the next customer see your approximate position. Keep the app open so it updates: with the phone locked or in a map app, it can lag.
What happens if I decline an offer?+
Nothing. Declining has no consequence, and the offer goes on to others. You choose what you accept, and you see the fee first.
What if I let an offer expire?+
It goes back to the restaurant. Like declining, it doesn't change your score and brings no penalty.
When does my score show?+
After 10 ratings. Until then the app shows no score.
Do I have to work for just one restaurant?+
No. You can work for several restaurants and switch each one's availability on or off. You decide your hours.
Who pays me?+
The restaurant, directly, at the agreed fee. qmen.us neither receives nor passes on that money: it only records the deliveries and the closeout.
