Copy your qmen.us/your-code address from your public page, using the Share button, and paste that menu link into Google, your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp profile. It's the same address everywhere, it doesn't change and it opens the up-to-date menu right on the customer's phone.
What your qmen.us/your-code address is
Your menu link on Google is, in your case, the same short address we generate when the restaurant signs up: your public page, in the qmen.us/your-code format. It isn't a PDF or an image — it's a real page, with the menu in photos and prices, the phone numbers (WhatsApp already clickable), the address with a map shortcut and the restaurant's hours. Changed a price on the Dashboard? Anyone who opens it afterward already sees the new amount.
This same address is what goes inside the poster's QR code and what the Share button hands you. There you'll find the QR code, the short link, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and X shortcuts and the poster download as an image or an A3 PDF. One address to promote and one to keep up to date — on purpose.
Why this address deserves to be everywhere
- People who find you in search want to decide now. They're on the sidewalk or on the couch, hungry. If your profile sends them to a menu that opens instantly, on the phone, with prices and photos, the decision happens right there. A bare phone number and a PDF that won't open push them toward the next competitor down the list.
- A link, not a file. A PDF gets stale in the WhatsApp group and comes back to haunt you with prices from two years ago. The page changes along with your menu, without resending anything to anyone.
- The link doesn't break. The Restaurant code is created when you sign up and stays the same, so what you pasted on Google, on Instagram and on your printed menu keeps working.
- The preview comes ready. Paste the link into a chat or a post and a card appears with the restaurant name and the short address. You don't need a designer for that.
- It costs nothing. qmen.us is free for the restaurant, with no commission per order, and runs in the browser — there's no app to install and no app store standing between you and the customer.
How to put your menu link on Google in 6 steps
There are six short steps, and only the third happens outside qmen.us. None of them asks you to install anything: it's all in the browser, on a computer or a phone.
-
Copy your link with the Share button
On the restaurant Dashboard, your short address appears right below the greeting, in the qmen.us/your-code format. Tap it to open the public page in a new browser tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Share. The window has the QR code, the short link and the Copy button, which puts the full address on your clipboard and changes its text to Copied!.
-
Make the page presentable before promoting it
Check what the customer will find: the Menu with active items that have prices and, in Settings, the Logo, Description and Address fields and your phone numbers. A WhatsApp number becomes a clickable chat on its own, and the address gets a Google Maps shortcut. A page with an empty menu isn't even sent to search: it stays marked as non-indexable until it has at least one active item.
-
Paste it into your Google Business Profile
Go to your Google Business Profile with the account that manages the restaurant, open the profile editor and look for the link fields — for restaurants it usually shows up as a menu link and, sometimes, a separate ordering field. Paste your qmen.us/your-code and save. This step happens over there, on Google's side: there's no automatic integration, so nobody publishes this link for you.
-
Put it in your Instagram bio
In your bio, the link is the only clickable spot on the profile — don't waste it on a PDF. Paste qmen.us/your-code into the website field and, if you use a link list, put the menu first, with a straightforward name like Menu and orders. For stories, the artwork comes ready from the same Share button, in Vertical, Square or Horizontal.
Tip: When you paste the link into a chat or a post, the preview automatically pulls in a 1200 × 630 image with the restaurant name and the short address. You don't need to create any artwork for it. -
Use it on the restaurant's WhatsApp
The WhatsApp business profile has a website field: paste qmen.us/your-code there and it's visible to anyone who opens your contact. It's also worth adding to your automatic greeting message and to your go-to answer for the classic "can you send me the menu?" — one line with the link instead of a heavy file. The Share window itself has a WhatsApp shortcut that opens the chat with the address already typed in.
-
Check it on your phone and spread it everywhere else
Open the link on your phone, ideally in a private tab, and see what the customer sees: cover, menu, phone numbers, address and hours. Then repeat the same address wherever else it makes sense — Facebook, the sign in your window, the printed menu, the delivery receipt, your email signature. The table QR code is still something different: it opens a specific table; this one opens the whole restaurant.
Frequently asked questions
Does qmen.us send my menu to Google automatically?+
No. We have no automatic integration with Google Business Profile: you're the one who pastes the link into the profile, using the account that manages the restaurant. On our side, we make the page ready to be read — title, description, structured data for the restaurant and the menu, and the page listed in the sitemap. Whether to index it is still up to Google.
Can my code change later?+
The Restaurant code is created when the restaurant signs up and there's no field on the Dashboard to change it. In practice that's a good thing: the link you pasted on Google, on Instagram and on your printed materials doesn't break. Changing the restaurant name in Settings doesn't touch the address either.
Do I need to update the link when I change a price?+
No. The link points to a page, not a file. If you change a price, a photo or a description on the menu, anyone who opens it afterward sees the new version. That's the difference from the outdated PDF circulating in the WhatsApp group.
I pasted the link and I still don't show up in search. What should I do?+
Check whether your menu has at least one active item: without that, the page is marked as non-indexable on purpose, so it doesn't go into search empty. Once there are items live it goes into the sitemap, but how long it takes to show up is Google's call, not ours.
Does the customer need to install anything to open it?+
No. Everything runs in the phone's browser, with nothing to get from an app store and no sign-in. They tap the link, see the menu and, if your restaurant uses the table QR code, follow their order through the same page.
Is there a cost or a commission?+
No. qmen.us is free for the restaurant and doesn't charge commission per order — we're not a marketplace like iFood. Payment is still arranged directly between you and the customer: PIX goes to your key and qmen.us doesn't process money.
