Open the order tracking link qmen.us creates when the customer finishes an order in the chat: the address carries a token, opens in the browser with no sign-in and shows the order item by item, from Ordered to Served. When everything is Ready, the I got my order button appears.
What the order tracking link is
The order tracking link is the address qmen.us creates the moment the customer finishes an order in the chat — for delivery or at a table. It looks like qmen.us/your-restaurant/pedido/<token>/, and that token is a random 32-character code created along with the order. Whoever has the link can open the screen; whoever doesn't can't get there, because the page isn't indexed by search engines and there's no list of orders to browse. It needs no sign-in, no sign-up and nothing to install: qmen.us runs in the browser, there's no app in any store.
The screen shows the place label (Delivery when the customer ordered from home, or the table), the title Track your order, the four-stop trail — Ordered, Preparing, Ready and Served — and the order list, each line with its own tag: Waiting, Preparing, Ready or Served. When everything is ready, the I got my order button appears, the only thing the token lets the customer change. Before that the link is read-only: nobody can pull an order out of the kitchen in the middle of cooking.
Why this link changes the wait for a delivery
- The phone stops ringing. The question "has it left yet?" is answered on the customer's screen, with each item's stage and an estimate of how much longer. Nobody on the floor has to stop to give updates.
- The screen updates by itself. With the link open, the page refreshes every few seconds and redraws only the main part, without flashing and without losing the scroll position — the footer says so with the line This screen updates automatically. Even with JavaScript turned off, it reloads every so often.
- Whoever got the order confirms the delivery. Tapping I got my order closes the loop on the customer's side and notifies the kitchen, the waiter and the Dashboard at once — with nobody on the team having to remember to mark it Served after the driver gets back.
- Zero friction. No sign-in, no password, no app: just open the address. The same link works for someone waiting at home and for someone who ordered on their own, sitting at the table.
- It costs the restaurant nothing. qmen.us is free, with no commission per order, because we're not a marketplace like iFood. And it doesn't process money: PIX, Brazil's instant payment system, is arranged directly between customer and restaurant.
How to track a delivery with the link in 7 steps
Seven steps, from sending the order to confirming it arrived. None of them asks for a sign-up, a password or an app install.
-
Finish the order in the restaurant's chat
The link is created with the order. While the customer is still filling the cart, the order is a Draft; once they say where it's going (a table or the delivery address), their name and how they'll pay, qmen.us finalizes the order and creates its own address.
-
Tap Track order
Right after sending, the chat offers the Track order button. It opens the order screen at qmen.us/your-restaurant/pedido/<token>/, outside the conversation, filling the whole screen. That's the address worth bookmarking or leaving open in a tab.
-
Check at the top that it's your order
The header shows the place label — Delivery for someone who ordered from home, or Table with its number —, the restaurant's name and the title Track your order, with the notice Updates automatically · in real time. The card shows the name of whoever ordered (or Order with the number), the delivery address and the large tag for the current stage.
-
Follow the four stops
Below the card is the trail: Ordered, Preparing, Ready and Served. Stops already passed get a check mark and the current one is lit, with the detail underneath — 3 items in the kitchen, 1 item ready. Above the trail is a status line, like The kitchen is preparing it with the notice Ready in about 15 min, calculated from the real pace of that restaurant's latest orders.
Tip: When there's very little left, the notice changes to Ready any minute now — time to keep an eye on the door. -
If it's PIX, wait for the restaurant to confirm
A delivery order paid by PIX stays Awaiting payment before going to the kitchen: the screen shows Confirming your payment and explains that the restaurant confirms the PIX and starts preparing right away. qmen.us doesn't process money — payment is arranged directly between customer and restaurant, and the owner is the one who confirms receipt, on their Dashboard.
-
Come back through the order bubble
No need to keep the tab open. After ordering, a floating bubble follows the customer across that restaurant's public pages showing a short status — tap it and the order screen comes back. It's kept in the browser itself for up to 6 hours, has an × to dismiss it, and disappears by itself when the order is served or cancelled.
-
Tap I got my order when it arrives
As soon as everything is Ready, the I got my order button appears at the bottom of the card — it only shows up at that moment. The tap marks the order Served, records that the customer was the one who confirmed, and instantly updates the kitchen display, the table page, the waiter app and the owner's Dashboard. The screen returns to the same link, now with All served — enjoy your meal!.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign in, use a password or install an app?+
None of the three. The link already carries the order's token, so the page opens straight in the phone's browser, with no account and no app store. qmen.us runs in the browser: there's no qmen.us app to download.
I closed the tab and lost the link. How do I get back?+
While the order is in progress, the order bubble floats in the corner of that restaurant's public pages, with a short status and one tap to go back to the order screen. It's kept in your own browser for up to 6 hours and disappears by itself when the order is served or cancelled. If you dismissed the bubble with the ×, the way back is to open the link again from your browser history.
Can anyone with the link change my order?+
They can do only one thing: tap I got my order, and even then only after the order is Ready. Other than that, the token is read-only — you can't cancel, edit items or pull the order out of the kitchen mid-preparation. Still, the link is private to your order: don't post it anywhere.
Does the link show the amount? Does payment go through qmen.us?+
The screen lists the quantity, item name, size or flavor, the note and each line's stage, with no price. If the restaurant charges a delivery fee, it shows under the address; you check the total in the chat, while building the order, in the R$ 42,00 format. And qmen.us doesn't process money: PIX is arranged directly between you and the restaurant, and we only show the Awaiting payment status until the owner confirms.
Does an order taken by the waiter at the table have this link too?+
No. The token is created with an order the customer builds themselves in the chat. A guest at the table who ordered through the waiter follows along on the page the table QR code opens, which shows the same Ordered, Preparing, Ready and Served trail for the whole table.
Does the link work for the next order too?+
No. Each order gets its own token, so the next order comes with a new address. The old link still opens the old order, already tagged Served. If the order was cancelled — including one you started and abandoned in the middle of the chat —, the screen shows Order cancelled with the Place a new order shortcut.
