Guests at the table

The visit history for people who sign in with Google

Anyone who signs in to qmen.us with Google gets a list that builds itself: every table you scan is saved there, with the restaurant's name and how many times you've sat at that spot. And people without an account lose nothing along the way — the table QR code works the same, there's just no history left afterward.

Quick answer

Sign in with Google and open My visits: qmen.us keeps every table you scanned while signed in, with the restaurant's name, the table number, how many visits and the date of the last one. Tapping the card reopens that table's page. Without an account the QR code works the same — there's just no visit history.

What the My visits list is

My visits is a guest's visit history inside qmen.us: a list of tables, not orders. Every time you open a table's page while signed in with Google, we record that you visited that table. If it's the first time, a new card joins the list; if you'd been there before, that table's count goes up and the date of your last visit is updated.

Each card shows four things and nothing more: the restaurant's name, the table (the name the owner gave it or its code), how many visits so far and the day and time of the last one, in the format 21/09 14:30. The list is sorted by most recent table, and the whole card is a link that reopens that table's page. Totals, items and the bill don't appear here: those live on the table page.

Why it's worth signing in with Google before you scan

  • You get back to the table without hunting for the QR code. If the sticker is on the other side, if you put your phone away or if you're coming back another day, the card in My visits reopens that table's page with one tap.
  • The list builds itself. There's no save or favorite button. You just need to be signed in when the table page opens — the rest is automatic and silent.
  • You can remember where you've eaten. The count shows which places you keep coming back to, and the date tells you the last time you sat at that table.
  • Signing in is always optional. Without an account, a guest scans the table QR code, watches the order move from Preparing to Ready and Served and is looked after as usual. The only difference is that nothing is kept afterward.
  • It costs nobody anything. qmen.us runs in the browser, with no app to download, and it's free for the restaurant with no commission per order — it's not a marketplace. And we don't process money: PIX is arranged directly between you and the restaurant.

How to see your visit history in 7 steps

Seven steps, from signing in with Google to the table card — and what shows up when the list is still empty.

  1. Sign in with Google

On the Sign in to qmen.us screen, the button is Sign in with Google. There's no email-and-password sign-up for guests: it's your Google account and that's it. The block underneath, with Restaurant code and a password, is for staff only — waiters and kitchen.

  2. Scan the table QR code

Point the camera at the Table QR code and open the link. The page shows that table's order progress, through Preparing, Ready and Served. If you're signed in, the visit is recorded at that moment, with no button to press and no message on screen.

Tip: Sign in with Google before you sit down. If you scan while signed out and sign in later, that visit doesn't count — only the next ones do.
  3. Open My visits

Tap your name in the top right corner of the site to open the account menu, and choose My visits. On the qmen.us home page, while you're signed in, the big button takes you to the same place. The direct address is qmen.us/my/visits/, and it requires sign-in.

  4. Read the table card

Each row shows the restaurant name in bold and, next to it, the table — Table 7, Table Varanda, whatever name the owner set up. On the far right are the count and the date of the last time, in the format 3 visits · 21/09 14:30. Someone who's been only once sees 1 visit, singular.

  5. Tap the card to get back to the table

The whole card is clickable and takes you back to that table's page, at an address like qmen.us/your-restaurant/t/7/. It's handy for reopening today's order without hunting for the sticker. If nothing is open at that table, the page opens anyway, just with no order to track.

  6. If the list is empty

A brand-new account shows just one message: You haven't scanned a table QR code yet. When you open a table while signed in, it shows up here. There's nothing to set up or turn on — scan the next QR code while signed in and the first card appears.

  7. In the business? Open the footer block

At the end of the page there's a collapsed block, Work at a restaurant?. Open it and two paths appear: I have a restaurant, which takes you to create yours for free and receive orders through table QR codes, and I'm a waiter, for when the owner has already added you with your email and you want to open the restaurant's app.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to use the table QR code?+

No. The table QR code opens for anyone, with no sign-in and nothing to install: you watch the order move and are looked after just the same. On the guest side, the Google account does only one thing: it saves the tables you've scanned. Without an account, nothing is kept once you close the page.

Why did the count go up when I only reloaded the table page?+

Because the count goes up every time that table's page opens while you're signed in, not once per meal. So reloading, coming back from the list or opening it again at the end of lunch makes the number go up. The date of your last visit is updated along with it.

Can I see the items from past orders in My visits?+

No. The list keeps tables, not orders: just the restaurant, the table, the number of visits and the date of the last one. To see what's going on, tap the card — it takes you back to the table page, where its open orders appear, with the items and their progress.

I don't see My visits in my menu. What now?+

The menu shortcut shows for people who use qmen.us only as a guest. If your account owns a restaurant or is registered as a waiter, the menu shows the Dashboard instead. The list still exists all the same: just open qmen.us/my/visits/ directly.

If I delete my account, does the history go away?+

Yes. When you delete your account on qmen.us, your visits are erased along with it. You can keep using table QR codes normally afterward, as a guest without an account — there just won't be a list to look at anymore.

Do I need to download an app or pay anything?+

Neither. qmen.us runs in the browser, there's no app in a store, it's free for the restaurant and charges no commission per order. We don't process money either: PIX or cash is arranged directly between you and the restaurant.
