It works as a commission-free digital menu: we charge zero per order, don't process money and don't compete for your customers. The page at qmen.us/your-code has your name, your menu and your WhatsApp, and PIX goes straight to your key.
What not being a marketplace means
A marketplace is a digital food court: one app gathers many restaurants in a single storefront, controls the search, keeps the details of whoever orders and takes a percentage of every order. qmen.us is something else — a commission-free digital menu that runs in the browser, with no app to download, and lives at an address of your own, qmen.us/your-code, with your name in the title, your logo, your colors, your address and your WhatsApp.
There's no register in here either: we don't receive, hold or pass on money. When a customer pays for a delivery order by PIX (Brazil's instant payment system), the copy-and-paste code is built with your PIX key and that order's amount, and the transfer goes from their bank straight to your account. At the table, the arrangement is the usual one — cash, card machine or PIX, between the two of you.
What you get from a commission-free digital menu
- Zero per order, always. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no percentage of sales. Selling twice as much doesn't raise what you pay us: it stays at zero, and the full amount of every order stays in your register.
- Customers talk to you, not to a support desk. Your page shows your phone numbers, with a WhatsApp link when the number supports it, and the address opens in Google Maps. Nobody intercepts that contact to sell a delivery package.
- Your service data stays in your hands. The name, phone and address on a delivery order appear on the order; scores and private notes land in the Ratings to check block on the Dashboard; and your history comes out through Export CSV or Export PDF whenever you want.
- No bidding for position. The map at qmen.us/restaurants sorts by name, with no paid placement, and the card has only the View menu button. No competitors, ads or third-party coupons ever appear on your page.
- The exit door stays open. In the Danger zone in Settings you'll find Transfer restaurant and Delete restaurant. A service that could only keep customers by trapping the owner wouldn't offer that.
How to check in 6 steps that your customers stay yours
There are six quick stops, all on screen, so you can see with your own eyes who keeps the page, the order, the money and the customer's contact details.
-
Open your public page
Type qmen.us, a slash and your Restaurant code, and look at it through a customer's eyes. At the top are your logo, the colors taken from it, your photo, the restaurant name and the description. Right below come Open now or Closed, the closing time, the address that opens in Google Maps and your phone numbers — the WhatsApp ones are already chat links. The only thing of ours is the qmen.us bar at the top.
-
Scroll to the bottom and see what isn't there
After the Menu categories comes the Tables block, with live availability, and that's it. There's no list of similar restaurants, no banner, no competitor coupons and no ranking. Whoever reaches your page isn't pushed anywhere else.
-
Tap Share and get your link
At the bottom of the page is the Share button. It opens the restaurant's QR code, the short link in the qmen.us/your-code format, the WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and X shortcuts and the Download to print or post block, with the image in vertical, square and horizontal formats and the A3 poster as a PDF. The link you promote is yours, and it leads straight to you.
Tip: The A3 poster is the same QR code at door or wall size — print it where people wait in line. -
Understand the restaurant map
qmen.us has a public map at qmen.us/restaurants, with the active restaurants that have their address on the map. It lists them in order of name, with no paid position and no bought placement: the card shows whether the restaurant is open, how busy its tables are and a single button, View menu. That button leaves the map and takes people into your page — nobody completes an order over there.
-
Check where the money goes
In Settings you store your PIX key and, if you want, the Recipient name. The copy-and-paste code the customer pays is built on the spot with that key and the order's amount, so the transfer goes from their bank to yours. The order waits in Payments to confirm, on the Dashboard, until you check your statement and tap Confirm payment. At the table there isn't even that step: through the table QR code the order goes straight to the kitchen and the bill is settled in the dining room.
-
See where customer data lives
On a delivery order, the name, phone and address the customer typed stay on the order itself, visible to you. The score and the Private note to the owner from ratings land in the Ratings to check block on the Dashboard, which is private. And in Reports there are Export CSV and Export PDF: your numbers go with you whenever you want.
Frequently asked questions
Is qmen.us really free, or will you charge later?+
For now, every qmen.us feature is free. In the future we may add paid advanced, non-essential features, but what already exists today stays free — and a commission per order isn't in the plans, because we don't even come near your money.
Does my competitor show up on my page?+
No. Your page shows your menu, your tables and your contact details, and that's all. There's no list of similar restaurants, no ads and no third-party coupons among your items. The only element that isn't yours is the small qmen.us bar at the top, with the Restaurants link that leads to the public map.
Isn't the map at qmen.us/restaurants a marketplace storefront?+
It doesn't work like a storefront. It lists the active restaurants that have their address on the map, in order of name, with no paid position and no bought placement. The card has a single button, View menu, which sends the customer to your page — the order happens there, with you.
Who keeps the customer's phone number and address?+
You do. On a delivery order, the customer gives their name, phone and address in the chat, and that shows up on the order inside your Dashboard. There's no feature in qmen.us that uses that contact to offer another restaurant to that customer.
Do you keep a share of the PIX payment?+
Nothing at all. The copy-and-paste code is built with your PIX key and that order's amount, so the transfer leaves the customer's bank and lands in your account. What the system does is hold the order as a Draft until you tap Confirm payment.
What if I want to leave one day?+
You can leave with your numbers in hand. In Reports you use Export CSV or Export PDF, and in the Danger zone in Settings there's Transfer restaurant, to hand the restaurant over to another account, and Delete restaurant.
