How to hire a qmen.us Certified Partner

Not every owner has time to enter a hundred dishes, print the QR codes and train the staff. That's what Certified Partners are for: professionals who set up and look after your qmen.us. Here you'll see how to pick one, what they can change and how to keep an eye on their work.

Quick answer

In the site footer, open Certified Partners, filter by country and language and pick a profile. Tap Request this partner, leave your WhatsApp number and send it. Once they accept, they work on your restaurant through the same screens you use. You pay them directly, see every change and can end it whenever you like.

What a Certified Partner is

A qmen.us Certified Partner is a professional invited by the qmen.us team to set up and maintain the system in restaurants. Nobody can sign up as a partner: the program is invite-only. Each one has a public profile with their city, languages, monthly price and the ratings of owners who've worked with them.

Once the partner accepts your request, they come into your restaurant with their own Google account and work through the same screens you use: menu, tables, waiters, kitchens, orders and settings. Some things stay yours alone: the PIX key, confirming payments, and transferring or deleting the restaurant. A restaurant has one partner at a time.

The money never goes through qmen.us. Each partner sets their own monthly price, you agree on the work between yourselves, and you pay them directly, however you both agree. qmen.us charges nothing for this and takes no cut.

Why it's worth it

  • Certification that expires every year. To be listed, a partner passes a test built from these help guides and has to renew it every year. The profile shows how long the certification is valid.
  • You see everything they changed. Every change the partner makes is recorded on a page only you see, with their name, the part of the system and the date.
  • No middleman. You pay the partner directly. qmen.us stays free for the restaurant and earns nothing from the partnership.
  • Other owners' word. The profile shows the average score and the comments from restaurants that have already worked with that partner.
  • You stay in charge. You can end the partnership at any time, and their access ends right then.

How to hire and follow along, step by step

Seven steps, from the partner list to the rating at the end of the work.

  1. Open the partner list

In the footer of any qmen.us page, tap Certified Partners (qmen.us/partners/). If there are partners listed and you don't have one yet, your Dashboard also shows a See partners button. Use Country and Language and tap Filter to see only the people who work with you.

  2. Check the profile

Open the profile that caught your eye. There you'll find the Monthly price, the Languages, Partner since, Certification with the date it expires, the Owner ratings and, further down, What owners say. Read the introduction too: that's where the partner explains what their work includes.

  3. Send the request

Tap Request this partner. Write what you need in Message (optional) and check Your WhatsApp, which comes filled in with the restaurant's phone when it's on file. Tap Send request. To send one, you need to be signed in with the owner's account and have your restaurant set up.

  4. Follow the reply on the Dashboard

The Dashboard shows the qmen.us Certified Partner card with Request sent to and the partner's name. To give them a nudge, tap Let them know on WhatsApp; to give up, Cancel request. While a request is waiting, you can't request another partner. The partner contacts you on WhatsApp to agree on the work and the price.

Tip: Agree in writing, right there on WhatsApp, on what the monthly price covers: entering the menu, photos, staff training, day-to-day tweaks. That way nobody gets a surprise at the end of the month.
  5. See what the partner changed

Once they accept, the Dashboard card shows the partner's name and since when they've been helping you. Tap See changes: the Changes made by other people page lists who made the change, whether it was a Partner or the qmen.us team, in which part (Menu, Waiters, Settings…), how many changes and when. Changes in a row by the same person, in the same part and on the same day, show up as a single line.

  6. Rate the partner

After seven days of working together, Rate partner shows up on the Dashboard card and on their profile. Pick a Score from 1 to 5, write a Comment (optional) of up to 500 characters and tap Send rating. Changed your mind? Go back there and tap Update rating.

  7. End the partnership whenever you like

On the Dashboard card, tap End partnership and confirm. The partner's access to your restaurant ends right away, and everything they've already done stays in place.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost, and how do I pay?+

Each partner sets their own monthly price, shown on their profile. You pay the partner directly, in whatever way you both agree. qmen.us charges nothing for this, doesn't handle the payment and takes no cut.

What can't the partner do in my restaurant?+

They can't touch the PIX key, confirm or reject payments, or transfer or delete the restaurant. Those actions stay with the owner alone. Everything else they do through the same screens you use, and every change is recorded under See changes.

Can I have two partners at the same time?+

No. A restaurant has one partner at a time. If you request another partner, the current one carries on until the new one accepts; at that moment, the previous one's access ends by itself.

What happens if the partner's certification expires?+

They leave the Certified Partners list until they renew, but they keep working with the restaurants they already had. If you'd rather end it, just tap End partnership on your Dashboard.

Is my rating visible to everyone?+

It shows on the partner's public profile, with the score, the comment and the restaurant's name. The qmen.us team can hide a rating. Even after ending the partnership, you can still rate them from the partner's profile.
