No online menu yet?

On qmen.us the digital menu is free and every table gets its own QR code. Guests see the menu, order from their phone and the order goes to the kitchen.

What a table QR code is for

Guests point their phone camera at the code and the menu opens, with no app to download. You update prices and dishes behind the link without reprinting anything, and you stop replacing paper menus that tear and stain.

This generator makes a static QR code: it holds your link exactly as you typed it and works forever, without depending on qmen.us. If the link changes, you need to print again.

Tips for QR codes that scan every time

  • Test with two or three different phones before printing for every table.
  • Print it at least 3 cm (just over an inch) wide. For a wall or window poster, bigger is better.
  • Use a short link. The shorter the link, the simpler the code and the easier it scans.
  • Laminate the cards or use an acrylic stand. A scratched or wet code won't scan.
  • Write a clear call to action, like "Scan to see the menu", and keep the code where guests can see it.

How to make your table QR codes

  1. Paste your menu link

It can be your website, a PDF on Google Drive, Instagram or a digital menu. Tap "Test the link" to check it.

  2. Add your name and a call to action

Your restaurant name sits at the top of the card. The call to action tells guests what to do.

  3. Number the tables if you like

Tick "Number the tables" and set the first and last number. The word can be Table, Tab or whatever you use.

  4. Pick a size and print

Six per sheet gives table cards; one per sheet makes a poster. In the print window, choose A4 paper and 100% scale.

Frequently asked questions

Does the QR code expire?

No. The code made here is static: the link is stored in the pattern itself and works as long as the page it points to exists.

Is there a watermark or a limit?

No. Make as many cards as you want, with no watermark and no sign-up.

Can each table have a different QR code?

Here every table opens the same link; the number is only printed. On qmen.us each table has its own QR code, and the order reaches the kitchen with the table number already on it.

Can I download the QR code for my own designs?

Yes. "Download QR (SVG)" saves the code as an SVG, which scales up without losing quality in Canva, Illustrator or Word.
